Lengthy Runtime for Karthi’s Sardar

Tamil star Karthi’s action thriller, Sardar is gearing up for October 21st release. Directed by PS Mithran, the film will have a simultaneous release in Telugu with the same title.

As the film’s release date is nearing, the team went for censor clearance. As per the reports, the film passed censor formalities with U/A certificate. Reports suggest that the film’s runtime is locked as 2 hours 46 minutes. Considering the current trend, the runtime is quite lengthy and we have to see how far will the film manages to overcome the same.

Starring Raashi Khanna and Rajisha Vijayan as the female leads, Sardar also has actress Laila and Chunky Pandey in key roles. In Sardar, Karthi will be seen in a dual role as father-son. Produced by Prince Pictures, Sardar has its music by GV Prakash Kumar.
