This morning, Kollywood star Suriya took to Twitter and made an announcement regarding his new film under the direction of Bala. In his tweet, Suriya revealed that the film will be bankrolled by his home banner 2D Entertainment with his father and senior actor Sivakumar blessings.
The film marks the reunion of the star actor-director after twenty years. Earlier, Bala and Suriya worked together for a film titled, Nandha twenty years back that gave the much-needed break his the actor’s career. The shooting for the film is expected to begin in this year itself.
Currently, Suriya is waiting for the result of his new film, Jai Bhim which is scheduled for a direct to digital release on Amazon Prime Video on November 2nd.
