Kamal Haasan fractures leg

Veteran actor and legend Kamal Haasan fell from the stairs of his office in Chennai and fractured his leg, according to the report in a news agency. Apparently the actor slipped while climbing the stairs on Wednesday night and lost control. He has been admitted to the Apollo hospital in Chennai and it is learnt that the injury is minor.

However, the agency report reveals that this has resulted in the cancellation of the actor’s trip to London for the London Indian Film Festival (LIFF) will be cancelled. The actor was supposed to receive the Lifetime Achievement award at the film festival but looks like it’s not going to be possible now.
