Kareena Kapoor On Body Confidence And Her Love For Food

At a recent event Kareena Kapoor spoke about her confidence during her early years, even when she was chubby.

She shared that she always enjoyed food and never felt the need to starve herself. Kareena recalled happily eating chips as a teenager and said she was always comfortable in her own skin.

Her transformation into a ‘size zero’ look for Tashan surprised many, but she has always been confident regardless of her body type.

Speaking at nutritionist Rujuta Diwekar’s book launch Kareena said she has returned to her old eating habits in the last 10-15 years.

She added that food makes her happy and gives her comfort, which is more important to her than whether it is considered good or bad. Kareena emphasized that feeling amazing and being content with herself matter the most.
