On the occasion of Samantha’s birthday, the makers of her upcoming Telugu film, Shaakuntalam, directed by Gunasekhar, released a look of the actress from the film, in which she can be seen wearing a white dress, and standing by a pillar with a lot of greenery surrounding her.
Considering that this film has been in the making for a few years now, and that Samantha is the central character for it, fans have had huge expectations on the film since its announcement. With that being said, they have been underwhelmed by the poster that was released on her birthday today, as they reportedly didn’t feel that it was enough, as they were expecting a teaser or a short video from the film.
On the other hand, there haven’t been any other updates from any of her other movies either, which has left her fans even more disappointed. Nonetheless, here’s wishing the actress a great birthday.
