Chiranjeevi is all set to begin shooting for Anil Ravipudi’s upcoming film, which is scheduled for a Sankranthi 2026 release.
After this project he will team up again with director Bobby, with whom he delivered the blockbuster Waltair Veerayya.
Although their new film is ready, many leading production houses turned it down due to the high budget. Bobby has a good track record with hits, but many of his films have gone over budget, making producers cautious.
Top banners like Mythri Movie Makers, Shine Screens, and Vriddhi Cinemas were approached but declined the offer. Eventually, KVN Productions came on board to back the film.
Known for producing big films like Vijay’s Jana Nayagan and Yash’s Toxic, KVN Productions is part of the Prestige Group, a top construction company.
They have already given advances to several popular Tollywood stars and directors. An official announcement about the project will be made soon this year.
