Since 1987, American film editor Steven Rosenblum has edited more than 20 feature films. Since Glory (1989), he has edited all of the films made by director Edward Zwick, with whom he has had a long and noteworthy cooperation.
The American Film Institute Conservatory is where Rosenblum received his degree in 1976. Edward Zwick, his colleague, graduated in 1975. Rosenblum edited a number of films, including Failure to Launch (2006), X-Men (2000), and Dangerous Beauty (1998).
For Glory and Braveheart (1995), Rosenblum received two “Eddie Awards” from the American Cinema Editors. For Glory, Braveheart, and Blood Diamond, he received three nominations for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing.
