As the director of the recently released movie “Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu,” which is backed by S Sailendra Babu, Sridhar Reddy, and Harish Duggishetti, scriptwriter and director Srinivas Gavireddy will continue to be at the forefront of the Telugu cinema industry. Raj Tarun and Arthana Binu play the main characters in the movie. In this romantic tale, the hero eventually wins the heroine’s heart after she initially rejects him despite the actor’s attempts to impress her throughout the first part of the film. Such a tale has been told countless times.
However, the author has drawn out the plot unduly and included a twist where the hero must overcome obstacles in order to conquer his love barrier. In order to prevent the director from cutting the picture off too soon, this aspect of the narrative notion ought to have been addressed sooner in the story. It was a weakness in the movie, and audiences thought it made no sense to introduce the hero’s obstacles right before they were needed. The film’s acting concept was passable otherwise. Although these characters are stereotypes of our Tollywood or Kollywood heroes, actor Tarun maintains an amazing performance throughout the film.
However, Tarun’s deft interpretation of the role and polished delivery mostly kept the audience’s attention. As a first-time director, Srinivas Gavireddy did a great job illustrating the technical ideas of the film. For the audience, the camera work, locations, and music were all very appealing. Because the director wrote the tale in a fairly straightforward way, the movie’s concept was a little dated.
It is thought that Srinivas Gavireddy had previously contributed scripts to Telugu motion pictures. “Garam,” which was helmed by “Madan” and released in February 2016, was one of his works. It told the tale of a young man who gets criticism from his father for doing poorly in school and continuing to be unemployed. The principal actor played this part. At the conclusion, when the hero confronts his father about getting a job to show him that he is not a low performer, he develops feelings for the heroine.
Srinivas Gavireddy is aware of the Tollywood audience’s mood. He is aware that audiences will always enjoy an ordinary love tale presented in a straightforward way. Additionally, a director may always win over the hearts of the audience with great music, vibrant settings, and a strong hero-heroine relationship. Because of this, Srinivas Govireddy kept Tarun informed about the movie “Seethamma Andalu Ramayya Sitralu” even as “Graam” was being shot.
Srinivas collaborated as an associate director on movies like as “Pravarakhyudu” and “Nagaram” with writer-director Madan. Madan had taught him the craft of screenwriting, and he went on to write the dialogue and screenplay for “Garam,” which Madan had directed. The director allegedly got his start in the film business after seeing Puri Jagannadh’s “Idiot” and “Badri.” He eventually found success in the industry after a 12-year battle, turning his hand to writing and directing Tarun’s recently released film.
