Poovaiyar

Biography:

Poovaiyar is an Indian actor and gaana singer who performs in Tamil-language motion pictures. He is well-known for co-singing “Verithanam” from Bigil (2019) and for appearing in Season 6 of Star Vijay’s Super Singer Junior.

Poovaiyar competed and finished as Super Singer Junior 6’s second runner-up.  He and Hiphop Tamizha Adhi performed a song in Natpe Thunai (2019).  Poovaiyar not only appears in the song “Verithanam” but also co-sang it with Vijay and Sangeetha Rajeshwaran in the 2019 movie Bigil.  Poovaiyar performed “Kolamav Kokkila” in the 2019 movie 50/50. The song “Kalyaana Vayasu” by Kolamavu Kokila served as the inspiration for the movie, which features Yogi Babu He has been signed to feature in the movies Andhagan and Cobra, and he later starred in Master (2021)
