Marcus Fraser

Biography:

Marcus Fraser is an actor from Britain who performs on stage, television, and in movies. Fraser completed his training at the Bristol Old Vic Theatre School in 2015. The following year, he debuted professionally at the Garrick Theatre in London’s West End with Rob Brydon and Kenneth Branagh in the comedic drama The Painkiller, presented by the Kenneth Branagh Theatre Company.

In Steve McQueen’s 2020 film Lovers Rock, which is a part of McQueen’s Small Axe anthology, Fraser might play Jabba. In the ITV true-crime detective series The Long Shadow, Fraser played Marcella Claxton’s husband, Calvin Thompson. He also made appearances in The Sandman and Stath Lets Flats

Fraser appeared in British crime comedy drama The Outlaws, British thriller series The Capture, and Apple TV+’s Foundation. In the movies Transformers: The Last Knight (2017) and Arthur’s Whisky (2024), he plays Gawain. He co-starred with Ed Skrein in the 2022 movie I Used to Be Famous. Fraser might appear in the MGM+ television series Robin Hood in 2025 as Little John.
