Reeja Johnson, widely recognized by her stage name Mallika, is a former Indian actress renowned for her appearances primarily in Malayalam and Tamil films.

Mallika commenced her acting journey with her debut in the Malayalam film “Nizhalkuthu” in 2002. Her career took a significant turn when she portrayed a substantial role in Cheran’s “Autograph,” which was followed by her presence in supporting roles in various Tamil films. She later ventured into television, starring in the tele-serial “Anjali.” Mallika’s performance in “Autograph” earned her critical acclaim and accolades, including the Filmfare Award for Best Supporting Actress.

In 2012, Mallika received a Special Mention from the Jury at the 59th National Film Awards for her outstanding portrayal in the film “Byari,” a remarkable achievement considering it was the first feature film made in the Beary language. Born to Johnson and Reetha in Thrissur, Kerala, Mallika’s career has been marked by her versatile acting talent and contributions to both Malayalam and Tamil cinema.
