Indian actor and writer Komal Jha works in film. She made a name for herself as an actress after switching from being a civil engineer to an actor in the Telugu, Kannada, Malayalam, and now Hindi cinema industries.
She is also well-known for her parts in Chinna Cinema. She acts as an endorser for a few products, mostly in South India, and takes part in stage shows . While attending college, Jha made her acting debut in the 2009 Bollywood film 3 Idiots. In 2010, she debuted in her first Malayalam film, 24 Hours.
Jha moved to Dubai that same year and started working for a multinational construction company there. Jha returned to India in 2011 for Ramachari and Nimbe Huli. During this period, Jha was also featured in print and television advertisements for goods including Moti Soap, Axis Bank, and BNP Paribas Mutual Funds.
After that, Jha acted in a number of movies, including Eduruleni Alexander (2013), Priyathama Neevachata Kushalama (2013), and Chinna Cinema (2013). 2014 saw Jha return to Telugu in the films Maine Pyar Kiya and Billa Ranga. Subsequently, Jha was chosen to star in the Bollywood film Mr. MBA, which is set to be her first national release in India as a lead in the Hindi film industry, also known as Bollywood.
In the 2009 Bollywood film 3 Idiots, Jha made her acting debut. She played a little part as a college student in the song “All Is Well!” She was employed by a construction company on campus, but her job was not acting at the time, so she departed for Dubai. Jha made two Telugu films after making her Malayalam debut, Kalachakram and Parvathi, but both of them were shelved and never released.
Jha, dissatisfied with the projects being shelved, fled to Dubai. Just when she was about to give up on this pointlessness, she received offers for two separate films, Nimbe Huli[10] in Telugu and Nimbe Huli in Kannada. Jha expressed dissatisfaction with the combined success of the two films because of the postponement of their release dates.
In spite of the fact that her last movie, Nimbe Huli, was released late and was the subject of several controversy, Jha was offered three films in one year: Priyathama Neevachata Kushalama, Chinna Cinema, and Eduruleni Alexander.
She portrayed a variety of roles, including those of a college student, an elderly woman in her younger years, and a police officer’s romantic interest. As a result, she quickly got to the position where she began receiving invitations to prominent events on a regular basis.
However, because Jha would not return Sandesh’s advances, she was taken from the posters for the Trinadh Rao Nakkina-directed film Priyathama Neevachata Kushalama, which starred Jha opposite Varun Sandesh. Jha was spoken of as being too resilient and refusing to allow anything bring her down in an interview with The Times of India.
Jha decided to concentrate on her Bollywood debut by taking a year off from the South Indian film industry. “I have done eight feature films and still do not get the recognition I deserve; it is time to move away to a better place,” she said in an interview. Ten regional films are equal to one Hindi film. Jha took a break to focus on her singing and her potential in the music business.
