Indira Tiwari

Biography:

Actress Indira Tiwari is from India. She starred in the movies Serious Men (2020), Nazarband (2020), Gangubai Kathiawadi (2022), and Aarakshan (2011). In Prakash Jha’s 2011 Bollywood film Aarakshan, Tiwari made her acting debut as a student. Later, she starred in four short films: Return to Cinder, The Manliest Man, Ekanth, and Unfair.

She starred in Suman Mukhopadhyay’s 2020 film Nazarband, which was adapted from an Ashapurna Devi short story. She co-starred with Nawazuddin Siddiqui in the Netflix original Serious Men, directed by Sudhir Mishra, that same year. Tiwari plays a significant part in the 2022 movie Gangubai Kathiawadi, which was based on Hussain Zaidi’s book Mafia Queens of Mumbai and was directed by Sanjay Leela Bhansali.
