Biography:

George Vishnu, an Indian actor known for his work in Tamil cinema and television dramas, is recognized as the son of renowned Malaysian Tamil actor Ravichandran and Malayalam actress Sheela. His debut in films began with the project titled “Kadhal Rojavae” in 1997, under the production of Bhaskar. However, an issue arose during the production period as Vishnu breached the agreement by taking on a role in a Malayalam film before completing “Kadhal Rojavae.” This led to conflict between the actor and producer, causing a delay in the release of the film, which eventually premiered in 2000. Despite his debut, the movie faced a lackluster response at the box office.

The setback faced by “Kadhal Rojavae” prompted a shift in George Vishnu’s career. He chose to focus on portraying characters in television serials rather than pursuing lead roles in films. He appeared intermittently in Tamil films and television, notably in the serial “Chellamay” in 2004 and the film “Theeya Velai Seiyyanum Kumaru” in 2013.
