Faisal Rahman

Biography:

Faisal Rahman is an Indian film director who is known to have worked in the field of Hindi films and digital entertainment. He is a graduate of Film and Television Institute of India (FTII), and has carved out a successful career as an associate director on highly-acclaimed shows such as Paatal Lok, Three of Us, School of Lies, Unpaused, and Chippa under the guidance of filmmakers like Avinash Arun. These projects helped in cementing his position as an accomplished creative professional with a strong background in narrative and filmmaking.

The debut directing stint of Faisal Rahman was that of the second season of the crime thriller Kohrra of Netflix, where he co-directed the series along with its creator Sudip Sharma. Famous for his realistic style of visuals and storytelling and character-driven narratives, he has come across as one of the most promising young filmmakers of the OTT world of India.
