Since 1981, American film editor Christopher John Lebenzon has edited almost 50 films. Over $10 billion has been made worldwide from the films he has edited.
His films Crimson Tide (1995) and Top Gun (1986) have earned him nominations for the Academy Award for Best Film Editing. Having won the Eddie Award for his work on Alice in Wonderland (2010) and Sweeney Todd: The Demon Barber of Fleet Street (2007), he is a member of the American Cinema Editors (A.C.E.) and has received six nominations. He has worked with Tim Burton for more than 25 years and is especially known for his collaborations with directors Tony Scott and Michael Bay.
