Charlie Plummer
Biography:
Charlie Faulkner Plummer is an American actor who was born on May 24, 1999. Before gaining a main role in King Jack (2015), he started his career as a kid actor in short films and made his feature film debut in David Chase’s thriller Not Fade Away (2012). He became more well-known in 2017 after portraying a disturbed adolescent in Andrew Haigh’s drama Lean on Pete and John Paul Getty III in Ridley Scott’s thriller All the Money in the World. He won the Marcello Mastroianni Award for best emerging actor for his role in the latter. Plummer initially gained notoriety on television in the dramas Granite Flats (2013–2015) and Boardwalk Empire (2011–2013). Since then, he has played a young Franklin D. Roosevelt in the Showtime series The First Lady (2022) and appeared in the Hulu drama Looking for Alaska (2019).
