By working with filmmakers Lars von Trier, Thomas Vinterberg, Danny Boyle, and Kevin Macdonald, English cinematographer Anthony Dod Mantle, DFF, BSC, ASC (born April 14, 1955) is regarded as a pioneer of digital filmmaking. The Dogme 95 movement included him in the 1990s.
He received the BAFTA and Academy Awards for Best Cinematography for Danny Boyle’s Slumdog Millionaire (2008), the first Oscar-winning digitally-shot film.
