Ala Vaikuntapurramuloo film has become a massive hit in Telugu and created records during Sankranthi season. The film had a simple story but Trivikram Srinivas dealt it with very entertaining and engaging screenplay. As Bollywood is looking to remake as many films from South India as they can, the producers from Hindi land are looking to invest in these hit film remakes more. But Telugu producers like in 80’s are planning to produce the remakes on their own.
Original Telugu movie producers are planning to remake the film in Hindi with David Dhawan as director and Karthik Aryan as hero. Once the lockdown is over, the discussions will be completed about other cast members, remuneration details as well, it seems. If everything goes as per the plan, movie could go on floors post lockdown after David Dhawan completes his latest film with his son, Varun and after Karthik finishing his commitments, it seems.
