Whistle’s pre-release business is a threat

Whistle is being brought to Telugu by Mahesh S Koneru. He has bought the rights fo close to 10.5 crores. Trade is wondering why this young producer spent so much money on a dubbed film.

But the catch here is that if the film fails to get a hit talk, then it will be curtains for the makers in Telugu. Films are only running for the weekend and even medium range heroes are finding it hard to make 11 crores.

So, in such a situation, will Whistle be safe for the producers is the big question now in Telugu at least.
