RGV slams the rumours

Ram Gopal Verma on his social media account clarified that his Lakshmi’s NTR hasn’t been sold yet and the producers are still negotiating with potential buyers.

Recently, news came out that the director’s NTR biopic got an offer of 8 crores for Worldwide distribution rights and the producers sold it as they did not expect so much to be the deal amount, in the first place.

It is reported to be a handsome profit and the trade said that the director, who is one of the producers wants to latch onto it as it gives them a solid profit and they need not worry about movie box office performance.

The director wrote in Telugu that the producer Rakesh Reddy is open to negotiations and asked people interested to follow up with him. Movie could release on 22nd March but RGV did not confirm the date, yet
