Rakul Preet Singh explained her comments

Rakul Preet Singh had to face many trolls for being a celebrity and we see many of them receiving those trolls with a sense of humour too. But one day, Rakul reacted very harshly and her comments became divisive on social media.

Some agreed to her reaction and some protested saying that she crossed the line and her tone shouldn’t have been so harsh bringing in another woman that too elderly into the picture. In an interview, she explained her comments.

She said, “I work for 20 hours a day. I appreciate good sense of humour but that is a bad troll. Few things does hurt and trigger a response. So, I gave that reply. What if my father gets worried with such a troll and with people commenting me like that. How would my parents think about me?”

She also mocked others for saying that she should have been respectful and showed some restrain. She did say that she wanted to show her anger and that is the way she reacted to it. She said that she is happy that she is able to react and many supported her.
