Raj Tharun has been trying hard to make a name for himself as a reliable box office hero from past five years. He did get a great start with Uyyala Jampala, Cinema Choopistha Mava, Kumari 21F and Aado Rakam Eedo Rakam. But then he lost his track with films like Kittu Unnadu Jagratta, Andhhagadu, Rangula Ratnam and now, Rajugadu has become a flop too.
The movie became a huge disaster at the box office, on the first day itself. In the movie, there are many scenes where Raj Tharun did not have right energy and the movie suffered big time due to lack of a good script and able direction. Raj Tharun who made wise choices early in his career, just couldn’t keep up with the momentum. He seems to be more in love with a new idea than really liking the entire script.
This film seemed even worse than his previous film even though there are good actors around him. He worked very hard to get a name but he seems to have taken it too lightly these days. Rather than becoming someone like Nani or Sharwanand, he is slowly fading out with the bad choices. Hopefully, he will find a way to return back to his form with some good scripts rather than such attempts where even he would be feeling guilty for choosing such a film.
