Whenever you say the name, Pooja Hegde, we see many young people talking about her hot looks and bikini scene from the movie, Duvvada Jagannadam. She did have an huge impact on many youngsters from Telugu households and they are unable to look at her in different avatar. But Pooja in real life is more spiritual, it seems.
Pooja in an interview said, “I’m very spiritual as my parents imbibed such values in me. I know half of first adhyay of Bhagavadgeeta, by-heart. Even when director Sriwass, came up to me with the book, while shooting, I told him I can tell him half the shlokas from first adhyay and I did too. My father wanted me to learn and speak, Sanskrit and hence, he thought Bhagavadgeeta will be a good start!”
She said that she doesn’t like it when people call her sexy, she commented, “I like to be called beautiful, than hot or sexy. I feel beauty should be classic but not just a time pass word you use when flirting with someone. My parents always wanted me to be grounded and I believe only when a person strong inside with right values can go forward in life.” She gave this interview as part of promotions for her next release, Sakshyam. Movie is scheduled to release on 27th July and she co-stars Bellamkonda Sai Sreenivas in the film directed by Sriwass.
