Petta Telugu release confirmed for Sankranthi

Rajnikanth’s latest movie Petta has been long in suspense if it will have a Telugu release or not. In the available screens the movie will hit theatres on the same day as Tamil release date it seems.

C. Kalyan has finalized deal accordingly with Sun Pictures for an undisclosed amount and the dub works have started by the producer. Soon, a single and teaser will be released it seems.

Even though they are three biggies – NTR, Vinaya Vidheya Rama and F2, the producer believes that Rajni magic will be different at the box office in B and C centres it seems.

Currently, he is having meetings with distributors and exhibitors to confirm all the screens he can for a wide release during Sankranthi period it seems.
