Pawan Kalyan gave a heart felt speech in his Seemandhra Athma Gourava Sabha regarding his stand for the special status of Telugu state, Andhra Pradesh. The gathering was held in Kakinada and many of his fans came in to the ground even though the premises could not accommodate all of them.As a result of this huge crowd, a stampede occurred when crowd tried to move towards Pawan Kalyan to greet him from close quarters.In the stampede several incurred injuries while Venkataramana succumbed to the injuries and died on the spot itself.
Today, Pawan Kalyan through his party JanaSena announced a compensation of Rs. 5 lakhs to the family of Venkataramana and also announced that the other injuried people’s treatment will be taken care of the party only.A press note with the above matter was released to the media and Pawan Kalyan expressed his disappointment in his inability to meet the family of the deceased directly as police have advised him not to due to security reasons. Few of the important workers of Jana Sena will hand over the check to the family members.
