A day after releasing the first glimpse of “Varanasi” director Rajamouli has already started promoting the film worldwide even though it will release more than a year later.
The movie, starring Mahesh Babu, Priyanka Chopra and Prithviraj Sukumaran, is a grand visual film that mixes Ramayana inspired elements with fantasy.
Rajamouli known for his smart promotional methods wants to strengthen his global reach with this movie. The team has hired an international PR agency and brought top Hollywood journalists and influencers to Hyderabad for exclusive interviews.
Right after the glimpse launch, interview sessions began. Mahesh, Priyanka and Prithviraj have already given multiple interviews to major Hollywood media outlets. Rajamouli is also giving one on one interviews to increase the film’s global attention.
Priyanka Chopra praised this massive promotion saying it’s exciting to see international reactions so early and hoping the film meets expectations.
