Indian Is Back After 22 Years

Kamal Hassan is one of the most respected actors of Indian Cinema and he is a legend without any question. The actor secured his mass image as the hero who appeals to thousands of audiences across the Nation with his big experiments and variety of films. The most loved mass avatar of his is Senapathy, Grand Old Freedom Fighter, who decided to take on Corruption and the actor did play the villain and hero of the film.

The hero is an old man and a corrupted villain being a young man and the son of the hero, made the story a relative call back to freedom fighters. Also, a message that those old idealistic Indians would have fought against this new Young and growing India which believes in killings others rather than an inclusive growth. Shankar with such hidden social message urged Youngsters to fight against corruption and not let themselves to be bought easily by few highly selfish people.

Now, as India seems to be marred with corruption again, a return of Senapathy has become a must and also, as Kamal is a politician now, the sequel to Indian became a necessity. The team of Indian-2, on the occasion of 22 years of Indian, released a poster and the update is that the movie will have younger Kamal Hassan too. Well, if Shankar delivers another masterpiece, that will be great for this franchise.
