Idly Kadai Postponed, New Release Date..?

Dhanush‘s upcoming film Idly Kadai was initially set to release on April 10th but it has now been postponed. The delay happened because 10% of the shoot, including a song that needs to be filmed abroad is still pending.

The film’s producer confirmed that scheduling issues with the ensemble cast made it difficult to wrap up on time.

With this postponement, Idly Kadai will no longer clash at the box office with Ajith’s Good Bad Ugly.

Fans who were excited to see a Dhanush vs. Ajith showdown are disappointed, but the delay allows Good Bad Ugly to have a bigger release.

The new release date for Idly Kadai is expected to be in June.
