Guess what! Rajamouli wanted to be an actor

He may be one of the most successful filmmakers of the country today, but did you know that director SS Rajamouli wanted to be an actor once? Well, apparently! Speaking at the promotional event of his cousin SS Kanchi’s upcoming flick Showtime, he shared that at a point he wanted to be an actor.

The event which also saw Keeravani and Rama Rajamouli in presence, was a rare moment for the director to share this interesting wish from his past. “I even offered prayers for my wish to be fulfilled! I told Kanchi about this, and it was him who asked me to try his luck in Hyderabad,” said Rajamouli.

Well, we don’t know what happened to that dream, but this other dream definitely came true!
