Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli

Biography:

Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli is an Indian actress who has won multiple national awards and primarily appears in Tamil cinema. After earning her postgraduate degree in human resource management from the Madras School of Social Work, she began working full-time as an employee of the English theater group Evam before breaking into the movie industry. She has also won national championships in Ultimate Frisbee and cricket at the national level.

Tamil parents welcomed Lakshmi Priyaa Chandramouli into the world. Following her graduation from the Madras School of Social Work with a master’s degree in social work and a focus on human resources, she was employed as an HR specialist by a large corporation.

Her desire to pursue “something more creative” led her to begin working as a manager for the theater group Evam. Due to her busy job schedule, she was unable to participate in their shows, but despite this, she described it as “a great platform where I could easily learn how things transformed from paper to performance”.

She became ten years old, she began gymnastics and cricket, joining India’s B national team and participating in a series against the West Indies. Beyond that, she plays Ultimate Frisbee. As a participant in Ultimate Frisbee events, she is a member of Chennai Ultimate Frisbee. She has also represented India at the Asia Oceanic tournament in the Philippines by playing on The India Masters squad.
