Buzz: As JGM shelved, Puri planning for a sequel to this hit film

Yesterday, we had reported that My Home Group which is part of Vijay Deverakonda and Puri Jagannadh’s patriotic drama, JGM has backed out from the film production. Later, in the evening news came out that both VD and Puri have decided to shelve the project completely due to lack of funds.

Meanwhile, the latest buzz circulating among media circles is that not disturbed Puri Jagannadh is now planning to make a sequel to his 2019 blockbuster, iSmart Shankar. If the news turns into reality, after witnessing the flop show of Liger and the pathetic situation of Puri Jagannadh’s dream project, JGM, will hero Ram come forward to collaborate with the director? Remains to be seen.

One flop(Liger) changed the fortunes of many and this how the film industry runs. Now, the only thing which we can do is to wish that Puri bounces back strongly as early as possible.
