Duvvada Jagannadam, the action entertainer starring Allu Arjun and Pooja Hegde as leads in the direction of Harish Shankar, has been finding itself entangled in the controversies as the movie approaches the release. The makers wanted to release the movie in May but had to delay it by a month as the producer and actor wanted few changes in the climax. After Harish worked on it for more than a month, the shoot was planned and the movie team is trying to ready the film by scheduled 23rd June date. As of now, the last song shoot will start by the end of the week and actors are prepping up for the big dance number.
With promotions started at full swing, the two singles released from the album composed by Devi Sri Prasad, have become popular. Especially, Gudi lo Madi lo Badi lo, has raked in a controversy too. The community of Brahmins took a lot of objections to the lyrics in the song and director, Harish tried to give his side of the story. The controversy still did not die down completely and a new controversy seems to be brewing.
Apparently, Producer Dil Raju, did not take the Censor certification and permission to release the video song. As per the rules, the audio songs need not take permission but any professional Video of any film should take permission of censors before public projection even if it is on social media. As per censor members, the producer did not take any permission for videos of Duvvada Jagannadam and this could prove to be another controversy until Dil Raju answers from his side to safe guard his 25th production.
