Amrita Rao slams Tollywood

Amrita Rao played Mahesh Babu’s love interest in the film Atidhi in the year 2007. Since then, she has not been seen in Telugu films and even she is hardly doing any Hindi films.

She made a comeback in Hindi with the film Thackrey and the latest we hear is that she has made some startling comments about Bollywood. In an interview, Amrita said that she did not like the way she was offered only glam roles in Telugu and that is the reason she did not do any films to date here.

She has said that heroines in Telugu are only used as sex objects and for songs. Well, what else did she expect in this world of glamor where she has done the same in Bollywood in many of her films.
