Actor Suriya has been going through a rough patch and the movie that is expected to bail him out from the sad state of his films commercial status, Singham 3/ Yamudu 3 has been scheduled for a release from long time but had been going through several delays from a long time. The movie was supposed to release for Diwali, then went to Christmas and then changed to Republic Day weekend. Then owing to Jallikattu protest in Tamil Nadu, producers decided to go for another postponement. At first, it was heard that they are going to release the movie on 3rd February but after several discussions and permutations, they announced to release the movie on 9th February in Telugu and Tamil. The movie in Tamil is referred to S3 to gain assistance from the government in terms of Tax benefits.
The movie is directed by Hari and Anushka will be reprising her role as Kavya. As in second installment, the third one will also have another heroine to play a glamorous role. Shruthi Hassan is the glam doll in the movie. Suriya is now busy with his movie Taana Sendha Kuttam in the direction of Vignesh Shivan. Now, he is looking to participate in the promotional events that the producers are planning to start from the next week to gain as much opening as possible. Already producers have lost money due to these several postponements and they are hoping that movie will become a big success.
