It’s been a year since Kalki 2898 AD released and thrilled audiences with its unique mix of mythology and sci-fi.
Even before the film’s release the makers had officially announced Part 2, building massive excitement among fans. But now, a year later, there’s been complete silence, no updates, no posters, no teasers, not even any news about the shoot.
This long silence has started to frustrate fans. Many are questioning why the sequel was announced so early if there were no plans to follow through promptly. “Why raise hopes if you can’t deliver? Are fans being taken for granted?” some users asked on social media.
