Vishal Reddy, the Tamil Telugu hero who was born in Telugu household but found huge success in Tamil Nadu as a hero and then a producer. His films have found acceptance in Telugu as well. After few debacles in both the languages he once again found his mojo at box office and he has planned several movies in the years to come.
This 39 year old actor did not marry yet and his personal life came into reckoning with his open spat with Sharath Kumar and that resulted in Nadigar Sangam election. He claimed that his personal relationship with Varalakshmi had no relation with his elections or him going against the Nadigar Sangam then Chairman and his fellow panel of office bearers. After winning the election with the support of big wigs like Kamal Hassan, Nasser and actor Karthi, he once again found himself within the firing range.
He has been fighting against the piracy and had been highly vocal about his disappointment over the lack of action from Producer’s council. The recent comments made by him about the Council resulted in his ousting from the Council and ban from the meeting and any privileges. He sought to fight this development and decided to fight the election to become the president of Producers Council. As the nominations have become violent with few people supporting and some opposing. The battle seems to have gone too big to handle.
