The Recent popular Malayalam film “Neru” is getting a Telugu remake, and Victory Venkatesh might play the lead. The compelling courtroom drama that is the original movie, starring Mohanlal, has won accolades for both Mohanlal’s performance and the concept plot.
The film, which was directed by Jeethu Joseph, is a record breaking success in Kerala. Venkatesh, having a good rapport with the director since working on “Drishyam 2”, is contemplating the lead role in the Telugu version.
Currently occupied with promoting “Saindhav”, Venkatesh has shown interest in the success of “Neru” and might consider taking on the remake if he finds the film appealing.
