Director Vetrimaaran has delivered several hits recently. He has been in talks for a while to direct Suriya in a film titled Vaadi Vaasal.
There has been a lot of speculation about the project after Vetrimaaran’s team announced plans to work with Dhanush soon.
However the team behind Vaadi Vaasal has clarified that the film is not delayed and will start production very soon. They also released a picture to make it clear.
The plans for Vaadi Vaasal began in 2020 but the project faced many delays. The film based on the traditional sport of Jallikattu will be produced by Kalaippuli S. Thanu.
