Thalaivar 171: Rajini’s Mafia Role Revealed

In 2023, both Rajinikanth and director Lokesh Kanagaraj had successful ventures: Rajinikanth featured in the smash “Jailer,” while Lokesh helmed “Leo,” which became the second greatest Kollywood hit of the year. They are now working together for the first time on “Thalaivar 171,” which has sparked a lot of excitement.

The plot of the film is said to focus around gold smuggling, with Rajinikanth playing a mafia don, giving his portrayal a darker tone. The plot dives into the complexities of smuggling gold from nations such as Singapore, Dubai, and the United States into India via various movement techniques.

The publication of the first look sparked an online craze, with Lokesh Kanagaraj portraying Rajini in a stunning avatar. Fans are eagerly awaiting future updates. “Thalaivar 171” is set to begin filming in June 2024. Anirudh Ravichander has agreed to compose the music, while top production house Sun Pictures is producing the film.
