T’Town actress Taapsee, who is presently going great guns in Bollywood, has signed up for a road safety campaign. The actress who has some big ticket films in her kitty, recently shot for a bike stunt scene for her next B’town flick has collaborated with a Delhi-based NGO to preach some road safety funda. Woot,
we say to that! Taapsee has requested her friends to join her in this mission and has resolved to bring about awareness to the best of her ability. She said, “I had always loved biking and wanted to have my own bike as a youngster. But I am shocked to see the youngsters in Delhi and Mumbai driving their bikes at a jet speed,” said Taapsee, while talking about why this campaign is so close to her heart. In the recent spate of the rise of biking accidents, we hope her voice and work does make a difference. And one should say, that amongst the current crop, this lady is surely a beauty with brains and a love for biking!
