Surprising-NTR starts on a dull note

Seeing the hype and hysteria surrounded around NTR, many thought that it would open very big. But to everyone’s surprise, the film opened to some dull response at the ticketing windows.

The first part of the biopic only made 7.8 crores which is a drastic low and even less in terms of Balayya films. This shows that the audience was most interested in the political angle of NTR and not the star he was.

With three more films releasing in more days to come, the film needs to pick up and get a solid going at the box office. The film has been sold for 70 crores and by the looks of it, the film will find it hard to recover.
