Siddu Jonnalagadda On Learning Filmmaking

Siddu Jonnalagadda has been part of Telugu cinema for over a decade. He rose to fame with DJ Tillu and Tillu Square, the latter becoming his first 100-crore hit.

However his recent film Jack failed at the box office. Now, he is preparing for his next project, Telusu Kada, a romantic drama directed by Neeraja Kona which will release this Diwali on October 17th.

In a recent interview, Starboy shared that in his early films, no one came to him with scripts so he had to learn writing and filmmaking to get better opportunities.

He also spoke about the challenges of working without formal agreements. Telusu Kada has a budget of 50 crores, and Siddu is actively overseeing the project to ensure everything goes smoothly.

After the failure of Jack, he returned 4.75 crores to the producers to clear his loan. The film stars Siddu, Raashii Khanna, Srinidhi Shetty, and Harsha Chemudu, with music by Thaman.
