Siddharth is in the spotlight again after making some controversial comments about Pushpa 2.
In a recent Tamil interview, when asked about the excitement Pushpa 2 is creating in places like Bihar and other regions, he responded that it’s no big deal, adding that people in India even watch a JCB at work and are more focused on beer and biryani at public events.
After these comments went viral, Siddharth was asked to clarify if he had an issue with Allu Arjun or Pushpa 2. He softened his stance, saying, “I don’t have a problem with anyone. Congrats to the team of Pushpa 2”.
“The first part was a big hit, and now the sequel is drawing crowds where the first film succeeded. It’s good to see people coming to theaters, and I hope they continue doing so for other films too”.
Netizens were upset with Siddharth’s initial comment, feeling he unnecessarily criticized Pushpa 2 instead of appreciating its success. While his later statement seemed more neutral, many feel he still avoided fully embracing the film’s popularity.
