Shruti Haasan impresses as Aadya

It is already known that Shruti Haasan is the leading lady in Young Rebel Star Prabhas’s film Salaar, directed by Prashant Neel. What was known until now was that she would be seen playing a journalist in the film, and today, on the occasion of her birthday, the makers of Salaar have released Shruti’s first look and character name from the film.

Shruti Haasan plays Aadya in the film, and she can be seen sitting in what seems to be a coal mine, thinking deeply about something. The actress looks beautiful and perfect in her role. On the other hand, 70% of the shooting for Salaar has been completed, and the film is expected to wrap in the second half of this year. The release date of Salaar is yet to be confimed.

Furthermore, Shruti Haasan will also be seen alongside Balakrishna in his upcoming film with director Gopichand Malineni, making this her third collaboration with the director, after Krack and Balupu.
