Kalyanram wants to make a big impact at box office and surge his career to equal heights as of his brother, Jr. Ntr. He has been trying with different directors, stories and finally saw a block buster success at box office with Anil Ravipudi’s cop comedy, Pataas.After, the movie he tried to repeat the same with Sher, but he could not find the same success and since he waited 9 months for Puri Jagannadh to start his film. Puri completed Jaguar and started ISM with Jagapathi Babu in a key role along with Kalyanram.
The movie was completed in one two big schedules and Kalyanram going by Puri ‘s hero image, changed his body and built a six pack. With all the efforts, the film was supposed to release by September end but it was then slotted to release for Dussehra and now it is being touted to release by October end.
The reason behind the delays was thought to be lack of proper business for the film, but the real reason was said to be the disappointment of director and actor combo who saw the climax and thought it needs repairing to get the impact right. The duo is said to be busy in finishing the reshoots.Reshoots are quite common and there is no shame in redoing the sequences if you feel they are not as impactful as you wished them to be. It’s better to be safe than sorry!
