Ranganathan Madhavan amazed fans with his physical transformation for the 2022 film Rocketry: The Nambi Effect.
To play the role of Nambi Narayanan he underwent a rigorous regimen to accurately portray the scientist at different stages of his life.
To look like Nambi Narayanan in his younger years Ranganathan Madhavan gained a significant amount of weight consuming cake for three months to put on 96 kg quickly.
Then he managed to lose a considerable amount of weight in just 21 days without extreme fasting or intense exercise.
He attributed his rapid weight loss to intermittent fasting, chewing mindfully and eating a diet focused on easily digestible whole foods.
When he shared his weight loss journey in an interview some questioned its authenticity. He later clarified and shared details about his food intake and sleep patterns on Twitter.
While Ranganathan Madhavan approach worked for him it is important to remember that everyone body reacts differently to weight loss methods so it is essential to approach such transformations cautiously.
