Opened to below-par reports, the film is running in the theaters with mixed word of mouth. As per the trade reports, the pre-release business for Rama Banam is done for Rs 15.1 crore. Reportedly, the film should collect Rs 15.5 crore to achieve break-even status. As the film has failed to cash in on the craze, ends up as a disaster at the ticket windows.
