Pan-India filmmaker Rajamouli, renowned for his exceptional talent and environmental consciousness, has once again demonstrated his love for nature and commitment to its preservation. Recently, several trees along the Bangalore highway, specifically between Thondupalli and Kotthur, were removed for road widening purposes. However, Rajamouli, known for his eco-friendly initiatives, has taken proactive measures to protect these trees.
With the assistance of the “Vata” foundation and the Green India Challenge, around 20 trees have been successfully translocated to Rajamouli’s farmhouse in Choutappal, while another 15 trees have found new homes in different locations. This commendable effort aims to safeguard the uprooted trees and promote environmental sustainability.
MP Jogipally Santosh Kumar, the founder of the Green India Challenge, expressed his gratitude to Rajamouli for his willingness to accommodate the translocated trees on his farmhouse premises. He also reaffirmed his commitment to tirelessly combat pollution and work towards a greener future.
In other exciting news, Rajamouli is preparing for his highly anticipated project, tentatively titled SSMB29, which will bring together the acclaimed director and superstar Mahesh Babu. Currently, the script is in development, and once the final draft is ready, Rajamouli will proceed with the next stages of the project.
