Fans were the happiest when Ram Charan’s next film after RRR was announced to be with popular director Shankar, who gave massive blockbusters in the past, like Shivaji, Robot, and many others. The film is being produced by Dil Raju, and there are good expectations on the film already. However, this film has been haunted by problems since day 1, due to Shankar’s previous commitment, Indian 2, with Lyca Productions, not being completed.
Lyca Productions even filed a case against Shankar in the Madras High Court, requesting the court to make sure that the director doesn’t start any other project until Indian 2 is completed. The result of this case came out in Shankar’s favor, and Ram Charan’s film seemed to be out of problems, for the time being. Problems seem to have come back for this film now, with the decision that the Telugu film producers took after the second wave lockdown was lifted.
With this decision, the Tamil Production House Lyca and the lobby of Tamil producers are requesting the Telugu Producers council to make sure that the shooting of Shankar and Ram Charan’s film doesn’t begin until the shooting of Indian 2 is wrapped up. They are also said to be requesting Dil Raju to not cooperate until Indian 2 is wrapped up. It is now to be seen what will happen.
